My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in total as part of our Golden Triangle Tour in February 2024. (Checking into hotel was lovely surprise as we had just relocated from a dreadful hotel in central Delhi. Our tour company had moved us to this hotel and I'm so glad they did) On arrival at the concierge desk we were treated like royalty. The concierge welcomed us by our first names. The reception staff were great and got us a nice room. From the moment we checked in and went to our room we were delighted at the standard of hotel. The rooms are clean, linen fresh and beautiful clean bathroom, fluffy towels and amenities. Great air conditioning and lovely view from our room. My compliments to the housekeeping staff. We had room service on the first night as we had arrival early evening. The food was great and a good choice at the right price. The hotel serves a great breakfast and the entire restaurant team are great. After our week long tour we returned for another 2 nights and were delighted again. I had left my watch in the first room we stayed in before the tour, I was so happy that it had been found and a lovely staff member returned it to our room. The pool and outdoor areas of the hotel are lovely and well maintained a great place to escape from the bustle of Delhi The hotel is located in Gurugram a good area at bit out of Delhi, but there are lots of shops and interesting shopping areas to explore as well. There was even a wine shop next to the hotel and 24Seven across the road. Its close to the airport as well I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to entire team for making our stay so memorable

The overall experience at the Bristol hotel, Gurugram was awesome and exceptional. The location, interiors and ambience of hotel is superb. I have stayed in Room No 340 which was premium class. The room was really 5 star property. I would like to special mention here Mr. Tapesh , Front office Associate for his very cooperative nature, responsible attitude, warmth nature, caring attitude and superb support service. We have never felt new over there. I want everyone to visit this hotel surely for an outstanding experience. You will love it. Iam damm sure.

I stayed there for 2 months and it felt like home away from home. The staff took utmost care to make sure I was comfortable. Prarthana, Anisha, Harshit, Tapesh, are all great people who are committed to their work and excellent professionals.

Our experience at The Bristol Hotel was very good. All staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Khushboo, Prarthana, and another delightful girl (sorry, I can not recall name) at Palmyra restaurant provided great service. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We would be happy to stay again in future.
